Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
1 (16 oz) package mild ground pork sausage
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, original or light
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
Step 2 - Brown the Sausage
Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain well on paper towels. Pour excess fat from skillet and wipe clean.
Step 3 - Add Cheese and Warm
Put cream cheese in the warm skillet to soften and then combine with tomatoes and sausage.
Heat slowly until warm through.
Step 4 - Final
Serve with chips immediately or chill and reheat later.
