  • Frozen Delight

    This frozen treat is heavenly -- a perfectly refreshing dessert on a hot summer day!

    Let's get started. (Click Step 1 to the right.)

  • Step 1: Gather Ingredients

    Here's what you'll need:
    1 (21oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1( 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • Step 2: Mix it Up!

    Combine all ingredients, folding in thawed whipped topping last. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2- inch Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and freeze.

  • Step 3: Cut the Pieces

    Cut into 12-15 squares and use as salad or dessert.

    Serves 10-12.

  • Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!

    Now you're ready to serve and smile. This may also be frozen in individual servings in foil baking liners in muffin tins. Cover and freeze.
