Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Here's what you'll need:1 Freschetta® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
6 asparagus spears
1 small yellow squash 1/4 inch sliced planks
1 small red onion, 1/4 inch thick slices
1 medium Portobello, stem and gills removed
3 tbsp. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 2: Prep the Pizza Crust
Preheat grill to medium at least 10 minutes prior to cooking. Brush top of the Artisan Pizza crust lightly with olive oil and grill until lightly browned, about 60 seconds. Remove the crust from grill and set aside.
Step 3: Grill Veggies and Top Pizza
Brush asparagus, yellow squash, onion and Portobello with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grilled vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until softened. Once cooled enough to handle cut grilled vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Return crust to grill and top with Italian dressing, vegetables and cheese. Close lid or cover pizza loosely with foil. Grill until cheese melts, one or two minutes.
