1 pie crust
3 green apples, diced
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
15 - 20 Snickers Minis, chopped
2 1/2 cup Cool Whip whipped topping
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened (or substitute with one small packet of pudding)
Step 2 - The Snickers and Apples
Spread Snickers on bottom of pie crust. Next, layer the apples. Then, drizzle caramel on top.
Step 3 - The Topping
Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together in a bowl, mix and spread on over the Snickers and apples.
Step 4 - Final
Drizzle with caramel and a few more Snickers. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Take out about 5 minutes before serving and top with fresh apple slices. Enjoy!
This pie is best on the first day! Keep the apples looking fresh and bright by adding a little lemon juice over them, if you like.
