  • Sizzling Steak Fajitas

    When fajitas are the order, don't run for the border; just pick up a few items at Harveys and make fantastic fajitas at home any time! It's as easy as uno-dos-tres!

  • Step 1: Gather Ingredients

    Here's what you'll need:

    1/2 cup A1 Steak Sauce
    1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick ''N Chunky Salsa
    1 lb. beef flank steak, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 tbs oil
    8 flour tortillas, warmed
    fajita toppings (optional)

  • Step 2: Marinate the steak

    Blend steak sauce and salsa. Place steak in glass dish; coat with 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture. Cover. Refrigerate 15 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: Make it sizzle!

    Cook onion and green pepper in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender. Remove with slotted spoon; reserve. Cook and stir steak in same skillet 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add remaining marinade, onion and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated.

    Serve with tortillas and fajita toppings. Black beans and rice makes a great side dish.
