Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
24 whole Graham crackers
2 sticks margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup pecans, chopped
Step 2 - Place Crackers
Arrange Graham crackers, touching on a foil covered 15 x 10 1/2- inch jelly roll pan.
Step 3 - Mix Ingredients; Heat and Spread
Place margarine and sugar in saucepan. Heat until boiling and let boil on low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until blended. Stir in pecans.
Spoon over Graham crackers and spread evenly.
Step 4 - Bake; Make Strips
Bake in a 400 degree oven 5 minutes. Cut each cracker in half while warm. Cut strips in half if a bite-size tidbit is desired.
Yield: 48 strips.
