Fresh Blackberry Cobbler

It's hard to beat so many of the simpler things in life - like this blackberry cobbler! You'll taste the sweet, with just a little tart, and served warm with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream, life is good!

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 quart blackberries

Step 2 - Milk and Butter

In bottom of baking pan or large baking dish, melt butter. Add milk; do not stir.

Step 3 - Flour, Sugar, Berries

Sift flour and sugar; add to dish. Do not stir. Add blackberries.

Step 4 - Final

Bake in a 325° to 350° oven until crust rises to the top and turns golden brown.
