Easy Lemon Cake
The name says it all! This Lemon Cake is simple to make, light and full of flavor.

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix, without pudding
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water
6 oz. lemonade frozen concentrate
3/4 cup sugar
Step 2 - Mix Ingredients
Put all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix, adding one egg at a time. Mix until blended well.
Step 3 - Bake
Pour cake mixture into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven 1 hour.
Step 4 - Final
For the glaze: Mix 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate and 3/4 cup sugar. Pour over hot cake in pan. Let stand until completely cool or overnight.
