  • Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

  • Step 1: Gather Ingredients

    Here's what you'll need:
    1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix with pudding
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 (3.9 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    4 large eggs
    3/4 cup water
    1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Sifted powder sugar

  • Step 2: Mix it Up!

    Combine cake mix, sugar and pudding mix, stirring with a wire whisk to remove lumps. Add oil, eggs, water and sour cream, stirring until smooth. Stir in chocolate morsels and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or a 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour or until wooden pick comes out clean.

  • Step 3: Bake & Cool

    Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. Let cool completely and sprinkle with sifted powder sugar.
