Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Here's what you'll need:2 (18 oz.) rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 2: Cook the Base
Spray a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with non- stick cooking spray. Press one roll of cookie dough in dish. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie dough crust and bake in a 350 degree oven 10-12 minutes.
Step 3: Finish Baking & Cool
Remove from oven and cut remaining roll of cookie dough into 1/4 inch rounds and place on top of partially baked cheesecake. Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned on top. Cool and refrigerate until serving time.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
Yields enough for 12-15 people. This is a tasty do-ahead dessert. Keep unused portion in refrigerator. Alternative?
