2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken from Harveys deli works great!)
8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup of your favorite hot sauce or hot wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or bleu cheese dressing)
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
cut celery stalks and/or corn chips (for dipping)
crumbled bleu cheese and/or diced celery leaves (for garnish)
Step 2 - Combine Ingredients
Combine all ingredients (except for the celery, corn chips and bleu cheese crumbles) in a small, appetizer-sized slow cooker (crock pot). Cover pot and heat on HIGH setting for 1 hour (or until hot and bubbly) or on LOW setting for up to 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Step 3 - Prepare and Garnish
When your dip is nearly ready, cut celery stalks and arrange with corn chips on serving platter to be used for dipping. Remove cooked dip and place in a serving bowl (or leave it in the slow cooker for serving.) Add bleu cheese and diced celery leaves as garnish.
Step 4 - Serve and Enjoy!
Serve this tasty dip at your next gathering and wait on the compliments to come pouring in. Your guest might even break out "the wave!"
