Borden Cheeseadilla Snacker
It's called a "snacker," but it ain't no cracker. This is a snacker's dream that packs tons of flavor and textures—way more than just any snack. You'll love it!

Step 1 - Gather Ingredients
6 flour tortillas
3 cups Borden® Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 to 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves (or your favorite lettuce blend)
3 avocados, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs (from deli if desired), chopped
3 precooked bacon strips, chopped
Ranch salad dressing
Step 2 - Preheat
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet(s).
Step 3 - Bake
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on each tortilla. Bake for 5 minutes. Top half of each tortilla with spinach leaves, avocado, egg and bacon.
Step 4 - Final
Drizzle with dressing to taste. Fold tortillas in half, press lightly and cut each into 3 wedges.
