Yellow Cake mix - enough to make 3 layers of your favorite yellow cake
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.)carton of sour cream, OR 1 (8 oz.) package original cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Step 2 - Make The Cake
Start by making the cake (according to the directions on the box). Allow cake layers to cool.
Step 3 - Add Layered Toppings
Mix topping, sour cream or cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on each cake layer. Spoon blueberry pie filling between each cake layer and on top layer. Place in a cake saver and refrigerate until all is served.
Step 4 - Final
Now you're ready to eat this yankee-doodle yummy! Once cooled, serve and enjoy! Donít leave it out for more than an hour when serving as cream cheese is a dairy product.
